I had the pleasure ,of staying here in October . . after I had to relocate from another hotel . that was a dump, dirty and nasty and stinky. but my experience here at this one . Was good my room was clean. The service was good and the food was good . if I ever need to get a hotel again in Orlando, Florida . This would be the place that I would choose .

So far so good... I've been on a quest to find a budget of hotel close to the parks that there's pride and ownership and is clean. Yes, It is a little dated compared to newer hotels. But maintenance is top notch. Everything works is functional and looks good. Rooms were clean and extremely spacious. Top floor when they did the remodel they combined two rooms. One for sitting and kitchenette the other for for two double beds and a bath. Hot breakfast was good and includes free parking as well.

This is the second time we stayed at the same hotel and again we have received amazing service, the room was very clean. Nothing wrong with it whenever we needed something. They were here within just a little bit and the staff was always polite and caring about what we needed!!!!

We've been staying here roughly once a month (sometimes more) for the last year. We love this hotel! No issues with bugs, cleanliness, and noise (only occasionally). The people in the next room were smoking pot heavily in the next room during our last stay, but that's no fault of the hotel. The rooms are non-smoking and there are designated smoking areas on property. The shower pressure in some rooms isn't great but fantastic in others and some beds are harder than others but hotels change mattresses as needed. We book third party and they often list both doubles and queens as double rooms, but at least the kings are king rooms. The only way to truly tell the difference is looking at the photos. And even then, it's iffy but the hotel staff has been very accommodating when we mistakenly booked the wrong room but we ask with the understanding they may not be able to change it. We have had no issues with staff and housekeeping doesn't run you off at exactly 11am like some hotels - twice in a year during busy periods is perfectly understandable. Breakfast is free - waffles, cereal, variety of breads/danish/muffins, yogurt, eggs, sausage or bacon, and sometimes biscuits n gravy.

I was so leary after reading the reviews, but my grandsons and I had a Disney weekend and needed a room for only one night. We had a very pleasant experience! Room was clean, beds comfy, air cold, breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, milk, juice, coffee and pastries, even biscuitsand gravy. Check in and out was easy and quick. It's NOT a fancy top of the line hotel, so unless your expectations are extreme, it was very nice, and we'd certainly stay again! Very close to the park and many restaurants as well!

King size bed with the suite was a great room, terrific heating/ac and great showers. We'll definitely come back next time we're in town

Great location- close to Disney- clean comfy beds -fridge microwave a benefit- cheap and great! Hot water clean shower! Breakfast was yummy eggs sausage waffles- thank you!

4 stars only because the room looked a lot better on the internet. My husband fielded a couple calls, after I posted a video, asking why he let me stay at a motel 6. I assured him that the place was great outside looking a little worn down. That being said, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, shower pressure was great, hot water was great, lighting in the mirror for doing makeup was great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Only suggestion is have water for sale at the front desk instead of just the vending machines super far away. The website said there was a shuttle service to the parks which was part of why I chose here but couldn't find the listed times anywhere until we arrived. Outside of pickup from Epcot, the times weren't very practical if you're spending a full day at the park. I can't remember the times or I'd include those for anyone looking but we ended up just ubering back n forth which was reasonably priced ($10-15 each way). There's a ton of food within walking distance and Walmart close as well. We were only here for a few days this trip so was perfect for a quick, cheapish getaway. Would definitely stay here again for a quick trip.
